SmarterHQ Expands Integration with Experian’s CheetahMail

Good news today at SmarterHQ! We’re expanding our integration with CheetahMail, Experian’s enterprise-class email service provider. CheetahMail is a cloud-based marketing platform and one of the largest email service providers in the world, providing industry-leading capabilities and offering the speed, expertise, scale and flexibility to power more than 10 billion monthly emails worldwide.

With the expansion, CheetahMail customers who use SmarterHQ can now trigger event based mailings using CheetahMail's Event Based Mailings (EBM) API directly from the SmarterHQ user interface.  EBM was designed from the ground up to maximize the effectiveness of transactional and operational messaging. Now with SmarterHQ, in just a few easy steps, users can quickly build segments--such as order confirmations, cart reminders, and price drop notifications-- and trigger event based sends, no IT involvement necessary.

Many of the world’s best brands already power incredible campaigns using Cheetahmail. For example, Chico’s, Brookstone, HH Brown, Finish Line, and Giant Tiger are just a few of Experian customers using the new integration--seeing a 667% increase in ROI and a 15% increase in online revenue on average according to Forrester’s Total Economic Impact study. The CheetahMail EBM integration joins the existing SmarterHQ integration with the CheetahMail Bulkmail API, as well as robust, native integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Sailthru, and more.
